Creations and work

Known for her old Hollywood glamour and modern luxe aesthetic, Mia Monica infuses her personal style through all creative aspects of her label. Her designs are meticulously hand constructed in either her London or East Midlands studio using only the finest of materials including Swarovski crystal, sterling silver and english laces. Mia’s vintage collection incorporates incorporate a range of vintage components ranging from 18th century finds to timeless 1920's jewellery treasures. For this reason, many of our products feature one-of-a-kind elements. Although we scour the globe for the highest quality vintage treasures, there are some kind components. Due to the age, the vintage patina will vary from piece to piece.
We will always do our best to describe items as accurate as possible but should you have any specific request or concerns regarding an individual piece, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Bespoke Orders

Mia Monica is available for commissions may it be a specific jewellery design, custom reworking of a family vintage heirloom or an elaborate bridal accessory. Every detail is carefully planned, working closely with your requirements from the initial consultation right through until the final design. It has always been the Mia Monica way to get to know her beautiful clients on a more personal level so that Mia can capture this personality and reflect it in her creations. Clients seem to love this too. Most items are sent within 8 weeks of receiving your order although it may take longer at times when we do not hold specific materials in stock and depending on our current workload. Ordering
We're so glad you found us ~ welcome to Mia Monica. Take your time to browse our online shop and add any items you wish to buy into your 'Bag’. All prices and payments are in British Pounds Sterling. When you have finished shopping, view your 'Bag' and you will be directed to our payment page where you can pay using a variety of debit/credit cards or by PayPal. Multi-currencies are accepted. Feel assured that your payments are made in a secure environment.

Once we have processed your lovely order, you will receive an email confirmation. If you are having difficulty placing an order, do not receive an email confirmation or have any queries, please email us at contact@miamonica.com.
Our customer helpdesk is open Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM GMT.

Delivery
We ship within the UK and Internationally, hoorah! Please be advised that all orders will require a signature on delivery.

Please allow 48 hours for dispatch but more often than not, we will dispatch items within 24 hours. For items with special requests, please note that delivery may take longer if custom production work is required. In such cases we will email you with an anticipated delivery date of dispatch. Business days are Monday through Friday, 9:00AM - 8:00PM GMT, excluding Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.

We use Royal Mail to deliver items and cannot be held responsible for any delays which occur once parcels have been dispatched. If you have not received an order within 21 working days please contact us and we will file a lost item complaint to determine what has happened. We can provide the tracking number on request. Thankfully, such delays are very rare.

Mia Monica is not responsible for the customs, duty, or brokerage fees on international orders. Custom queries should be made to your local customs office.

Returns

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you have changed you mind or have received an item that is faulty, we will be more than happy to offer a full refund. Note that due to the nature of work, bespoke orders and alterations are excluded from our refund policy. For hygiene reasons, earrings are also non returnable.
Please contact us via our contact page within 7 days from receipt of your delivery and we will send you further instructions on how to return your item. We must then be in receipt of those goods within a further 7 working days (10 working days for international orders) in order to qualify for a refund.

For your own benefit, we strongly advise using postal insurance and obtain proof of posting from your delivery office. Mia Monica is not liable for any items that are lost or damaged in transit whilst being returned to us. Unfortunately we are unable to refund postage charges. Items received outside these guidelines will only be eligible for a gift voucher at the discretion of Mia Monica.

Apologies but we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
