Free Delivery is offered as standard on all UK Orders.
£15 flat rate shipping to Europe and £20 flat rate shipping for all other international orders.
Full priced items in original condition and packaging may qualify for a full refund within 14 days from receipt of delivery.
MADE-TO-ORDER
We recommend allowing 2-4 weeks delivery of custom jewellery and 4-8 weeks for delivery of custom headpieces from the time of order.
Delivery lead times will depend on the product design and our current workload.
Very often, we are able to delivery your item within a few days subject to stock availability in our flagship studio.
If you require a bespoke design urgently or have any questions about delivery lead times, please do not hesitate to contact us.
